Lighting and Security Cameras for the
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
PGI completed a construction project at an eight-acre high security DHS facility at the March Airforce Base. The project scope included the installation of light poles, LED lamps, fixtures, and a complete security camera system.
Project was completed on time and under budget, with no safety incidents. Received Very good to Excellent rating on the PPQ.
Door Replacement Project for the U.S. Forest Service
Under a contract with the U.S. Forest Service, PGI replaced doors and frames for structures at multiple locations in the San Bernardino National Forest. Project scope included demolishing and recycling existing doors, procuring new doors and related hardware, and repairing and painting doors and frames.
PGI managed scheduling and environmental complexities in remote locations, including potential fire hazards from welding, grinding and cutting activities. Excellent rating on the PPQ.

Tenant Improvement at the GSA Federal Building
in Los Angeles
As the managing joint venturer, PGI was awarded a 4,500 sq ft Design-Build tenant improvement project. Project scope includes HAZMAT abatement, and demolition and installation of furniture, walls, carpets, ceiling tiles, ductwork, electrical and communication wiring. Work is being performed in a fully occupied building with no interruption/disruptions of the day-to-day operations.

Under a contract with the U.S. Air Force, PGI installed split cooling units at Travis Air Force Base. The project included demolition of existing equipment, construction of new drywall and ductwork, and installation of HVAC equipment and associated ductwork, hardware and controls.
The project was completed on time with no job-related illness or lost productivity.
