PGI provides Complete Facility Maintenance (CFM) services at the at the U.S. Appraisers Building in San Francisco California. This project is part of a two-building services contract with General Services Administration.

Scope of services: vertical transportation equipment (VTE), electrical systems, mechanical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation, exhaust systems, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment throughout the building.
