PGI provides full facility O&M and repair services for the two 400,000+ square feet towers located in San Jose, CA. These Class A commercial office towers house over 400 people and is occupied by a variety of tenants. The scope of work includes HVAC, electrical, Fire Life & Safety (FLS), plumbing, water treatment, permits, controls, structural and architectural, underground storage tanks, locks and keys, various administration functions, preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs, and tracking in the CMMS platform, response to service calls, emergency response, processing and administration of tenant RWAs and data entry into Utility Management software.
