PGI provides Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) services under at Facilities Engineering Management (FEM) contract at the at the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building in San Francisco California. This project is part of a three-building services contract with General Services Administration.

Scope of services: vertical transportation equipment (VTE), electrical systems, mechanical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation, exhaust systems, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment throughout the building.
