PGI provides complete facility (CFM) services at the 428,000 square foot GSA Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Fresno, California. Services include Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE), Custodial and Groundskeeping services. This project is part of a two-building services contract with General Services Administration.

Scope of services includes: vertical transportation equipment (VTE), electrical systems, mechanical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation, exhaust systems, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment throughout the building.
